The perfect pairing of single malt scotch whisky and honey creates a refined and luxuriously smooth flavour. A bold oak smoke profile complements the peaty flavour from the whiskey. The honey creates a balance of sweet and salt enhancing the delicate Scottish salmon. Each fillet is carefully trimmed by hand to remove 100% of the dark meat, thinly-sliced and then vacuum sealed for freshness. Gluten-free.
