SISNext Zero Calorie Sweetener is made with plant-based ingredients – stevia extracted from stevia leaf, and erythritol from fermentation of corn starch. The sweetness comes from stevia which is 200 times sweeter than sugar. Blended with erythritol, it is a perfect substitute for sugar, with the sweet taste and mouthfeel of granulated sugar but with zero calories. It is zero glycemic, so is suitable for people with diabetic and pre-diabetic conditions because it does not raise blood glucose or insulin levels.
